The commercial solutions segment includes, satellite earth station modems, voice gateways, wave tube amplifiers, and advanced VSAT solutions are provided in the communication technologies umbrella. Its safety and security division provides 9-1-1 systems and emergency services IP networks. Their enterprise technologies umbrella provides IoT location platforms and geo-targeted messaging. The government solutions wing provides command and control technologies such as remote sensing tracking systems, rugged solid-state drives, land mobile products, and quick-deploy satellite systems. The troposcatter technologies include digital troposcatter multiplexers, digital over-the-horizon modems, and frequency converter systems. The radio frequency (RF) power systems include high-power solid-state broadband amplifiers and IED counteraction amplifiers.
Comtech Telecommunications is a matured market player and has invested in research and development from the start. Its strategic partnerships with the US army have helped it acquire funding from time to time and become a long-term partner of the US government over the years.
