Strategy
Germfree Laboratories, Inc. is concentrating on forming partnerships and collaborations with the US government bodies and related agencies. For instance, in 2015, it collaborated with the US army at the Edgewood Chemical and Biological Center to design Class III BSCs and Biological & Chemical Filtration systems. It plans to innovate and introduce new technologies related to glove box systems through the Cooperative Research and Development Agreements program. Additionally, in 2017, it also signed a research agreement with the US army and innovated primary containment equipment for mobile labs such as Class II Biosafety Cabinets, Class III BSC (Gloveboxes), and Fume Hoods and corresponding exhaust air filtration systems.
