Strategy
JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd has been developing low-cost solar power products while increasing its solar power capacity, as key strategy. It also plans new market development to further increase its revenues. It has formed many partnership agreements with global companies to establish a new production facility and to develop high technology solar panels. For instance, it has a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with its Indian partner Essel Infraprojects Limited to establish solar cell and module manufacturing facility as a joint venture in India. This will enhance its product reach and market share in the respective countries that will further strengthen the revenue structure of the company.
JA solar is capitalizing on its strength in solar cell technology and is committed to enhance its modules with unparalleled conversion efficiency, yield efficiency, and reliability to enable maximum returns from their PV projects. Since the beginning of their operations, it has exported solar panels of capacity totaling to 29 GW of solar panels as of 2017. The company also supplies several monocrystalline and multicrystalline solar cells to third-party clients, to strengthen its market.
