Company recently begin construction on world’s largest 13.7 MW floating solar power plant on the Yamakura Dam reservoir, Japan. Which is scheduled to commission in 2018. The plant will comprise about 51,000 solar modules over the fresh water surface area of 180,000 m2. This project will be designed and constructed by KYOCERA Communication Systems Co., Ltd. Whereas, maintained by KYOCERA Solar Corporation.
