Welcon is primarily engaged in the business of developing and manufacturing thermal management systems and related technologies. The company operates through two business segments including technology and products. Welcon offers microchannel heat exchangers through its product segment. Some of the other major products the company offers are liquid-cooling heat sink, wel-heat ribbon, and wel-therm. Under the technology segment, the company offers solution engineering, diffusion bonding, and thermal fluid design. Some of the applications for Welcon’s microchannel heat exchangers (MCHE) include industrial heat recovery, chiller, air-conditioner, fuel cell, and vehicles. Additionally, the company also offers custom made MCHE for its clients.
Welcon manufactures its products through two plants, one of which was inaugurated in April 2015. Welcon, is a major supplier for microchannel heat exchanger and has a large share of the Japan MCHE market.
