Under this agreement, Australian-based Nuseed grain sorghum, forage sorghum, and sunflower plant breeding, R&D, sales, and distribution will be licensed to Barenbrug.
March 2019	Acquisition	Barenbrug acquired Corteva Agriscience’s (US) Brachiaria tropical grass seed business. The company will take over the inventory and ownership of all existing Brachiaria hybrids and germplasm, along with supporting R&D technologies.
