September 2019	Joint Venture	GE Aviation collaborated with Lufthansa Technik, a provider of MRO services, to launch its new MRO venture, XEOS, in Poland. Through this joint venture, GE Aviation offered MRO services for GEnx-2B and GE9X engines. The launch of the new joint venture enabled the company to offer enhanced MRO services to its aviation customers and strengthen its position in the global aviation engine MRO market.
July 2019	Agreement	GE Aviation signed an agreement with Qatar Airways to provide engine MRO services for Qatar Airways GE9X engine fleet equipped on its 60 Boeing 777X aircraft.
June 2019	Agreement	GE Aviation signed an agreement with Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC). As per this agreement, GE Aviation provided MRO services to its CF34-10E lessees. The agreement enabled GE Aviation to strengthen its presence in the European aviation market.
June 2019	Agreement	Envoy Air Inc. expanded its service agreement with GE Aviation. As per the agreement, GE Aviation provided MRO services for the former’s entire fleet of CF34-8E engines equipped on 84 Embraer E175 aircraft.
July 2018	Agreement	GE Aviation signed a 12-year agreement with Arkia Israeli Airlines to provide MRO services for its CF34-10E engines equipped on its three Embraer E190 aircraft.
