January 2023	Expansion	In order to meet the technology requirements of companies offering Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), Temenos announced that it had expanded its Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) capabilities on Temenos Banking Cloud. These companies range from licenced banks to specialised BaaS providers serving brands or fintechs. BaaS providers and incumbent and non-incumbent banks may quickly launch and scale their BaaS programmes using Temenos Banking Cloud, creating new revenue streams.
January 2023	Product Launch	To enable banks to streamline servicing and consolidate international commercial loan portfolios on the Temenos banking platform, Temenos released the next iteration of its AI-driven Corporate Lending solution. The solution addresses the needs of both large tier-one and regional banks, many of which need help to take advantage of the growth opportunity in corporate lending due to fragmented systems and a lack of integration. The solution streamlines complex loan processing and lifecycle management across lending lines and geographies.
December 2022	Expansion	A major US financial institution has expanded its partnership with Temenos to encompass its international private banking operations, according to a statement from the company. As the bank looks to transform its operations and drive efficiencies at scale, while providing top-notch services and products to its clients, the Temenos wealth management platform will support the bank's strategic transition to a cloud-based core banking system and help drive growth in Europe and the Asia-Pacific (APAC).
September 2019	Acquisition	Temenos acquired Kony Inc., a digital banking software as a service company. With this acquisition, Temenos has strengthened its Infinity solutions, increasing its US presence.
January 2019	Product Launch	Temenos launched two new products Temenos T24 Transact, next-generation core banking solution and Temenos Infinity, a digital front office product. These new products together provide complete banking functionality to its clients.
