December 2022	Acquisition Agreement	Photonis, a global pioneer in highly distinctive technology for the defence and industrial markets, announced the signing of a formal agreement to acquire Xenics. With the addition of Xenics to Photonis, the merged firm will be able to supply distinctive high-end imaging goods to their Business-to-Business customers by mastering component production, having a vast geographical reach, and having superior technological capabilities.
November 2020	Agreement	Xenics signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with American distributor MSI for the Machine Vision, Process Monitoring, Safety & Security and Scientific & Advanced Research markets in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. The agreement came into force on 7th November 2020. The overall strategy of the Xenics – MSI partnership is to add commercial value to customers through a streamlined sales and service channel. This will provide access to a family of SWIR, MWIR and LWIR imaging systems tailored to the markets in the American states of California, Oregon, and Washington. For Xenics, the agreement is another step of broadening its market position by relying on MSI’s established user base of industrial systems as well as security and R&D applications.
October 2020	Agreement	Xenics signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Bulgarian distributor Specialized Imaging Solutions Eood for the Safety & Security markets in Bulgaria, Romania, and Macedonia. The agreement came into force on 5th October 2020. The overall strategy of the Xenics – Specialized Imaging Solutions partnership is to add commercial value to customers through a streamlined sales and service channel. This will provide access to a family of SWIR, MWIR and LWIR imaging systems tailored to the Bulgarian, Romanian and North-Macedonian markets. For Xenics, the agreement is another step of broadening its market position by relying on Specialized Imaging Solutions’ established user base of surveillance and safety systems as well as commercial and homeland security applications.
March 2020	Agreement	Xenics signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Czech distributor ATEsystem s.r.o for Machine Vision, Safety & Security and Scientific & Advanced Research markets in Czech Republic and Slovakia. The agreement came into force on 30th March 2020. The overall strategy of the Xenics – ATEsystem partnership is to add commercial value to customers through a streamlined sales and service channel. This will provide access to a family of SWIR, MWIR and LWIR imaging systems tailored to the Czech Republic and Slovakian markets. For Xenics, the agreement is another step of broadening its market position by relying on ATEsystem’s established user base of machine vision systems as well as industrial cameras and other components for image analysis.
