Under the sales & marketing and the new business segments, the company offers feed acidifiers through the animal nutrition sub-division.
Yara has 28 production plants, 200 infrastructure points, and 10,800 Yara-branded retail outlets worldwide. It has production sites in six continents, market operations in more than 60 countries, and sales operations in about 160 countries globally.
Strategy
Yara is focused on enhancing sustainability and reducing the complexity of its operations, commercializing, and scaling up its integrated solutions, and securing access to competitive raw materials to compete in the market. The company has adopted active portfolio management as one of its key strategies, under which it plans to manage its portfolio of businesses actively, consider how they can best grow, and develop and evaluate strategic options for optimizing the value of non-core assets and businesses. Moreover, it increasingly engages in the agriculture and food value chains to develop holistic crop solutions, expand its digital services and solutions, and promote sustainable farming practices.
