March 2017	Product Launch	Chomerics launched PREMIER PBT-225, new EMI shielding conductive plastic pellets. It is typically engineered for automotive grade six sigma quality tolerances. It is specially formulated to offer excellent hydrolysis resistance, enhanced reliability, and making metal to plastic conversions possible for electronics applications. These conversions help in 65% cost reduction and eliminate 35% of the housing weight.
February 2017	Product Launch	Chomerics developed an advanced range of urethane-filled expanded aluminum products, Metalastic EXP-URE, which offers electrically conductive fluid and pressure sealing solution. Moreover, it provides the users the ability to minimize galvanic corrosion of interfacing surfaces, which makes it ideal for EMI shielding. The shielding effectiveness of this product is >90 dB for all frequencies (10 MHz to 18 GHz), while the electrical through-resistance is 0.0015 Ohms.
